So this is the only picture I have of these and there was almost none. A friend on facebook posted a photo of these delicious treats she made. So I decided to look for recipe ideas. I ended up using my regular Rice crispy recipe and added cake mix.
1/4 cup butter or margarine
4 cups mini marshmallows
2/3 cup confetti cake mix (or yellow would work)
2 tsp vanilla
6 cups Rice Crispies.
In a large microwave bowl, place butter and melt for 30-60 seconds. Add marshmallows and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir until smooth, add vanilla and cake mix, stir to combine. Add Rice Crispies and stir intil combined.
Pour mix into a greased 9x13 baking dish and pack down with wet hand. Sprinkle sprinkles on top.
